Transport & Logistics

A number of suppliers or fabricators leave out one of the most important steps to finalise any work – the transport. Ozcon Engineering understands how important the transport and logistics steps are in delivering the agreed product and/or services on time and in the same condition that it left the yard. Inspections & Yard Management

Taking our knowledge and expertise in threading and logistics, our growing inspection and yard management service is a great value adding department for our clients. Our full range of services include:

  • Issue and management of consignment stock

  • Tracking and management of stock

Currently we perform inspection services from three sites, with the ability to set up racking and infrastructure to suit the project or contract. We can set up and mobilise staff anywhere around the world and have done offshore inspections for clients as well.

Ozcon Engineering understands the difficulties of bulk handling and storing of piping and casing, either as a temporary measure onsite or a permanent long term situation. The solution to the problem was to design and develop our own racks both fully welded or bolt together and have the designs certified by an independent engineering company. The racks are designed to hold from 2” to 20” pipe and for ease of handling have the capacity to store a neat semi trailer load of 12m casing, although can be adjusted to accommodate any size down to 3 meter pups. We also have an option to insert forklift slippers for easy relocation. Please contact a member of our sales team should you wish to discuss these options further.
